This article first gives the mathematical description and theoretical proof of PHC, and on this basis, introduces the theoretical definition of the optimal coverage: the optimal coverage can determine the internal connection between samples as prior knowledge and use Cover neurons to learn prior knowledge. Finally, the article proposes a covering neuron model.
