According to the Circular, the location of the purchase of a house is in the main urban area and development zone of Changchun City (excluding Shuangyang District and Jiutai District), and the maximum amount of a single loan with a co-borrower is 900,000 yuan; The maximum amount of a single loan without a co-borrower is $600,000.
The purchase location is in Shuangyang District and Gongzhuling City, Changchun City, and the maximum amount of a single loan with a co-borrower is 650,000 yuan; The maximum amount of a single loan without a co-borrower is $500,000. The purchase location is in Jiutai District, Dehui City, Yushu City, and Nong'an County, and the maximum amount of a single loan with a co-borrower is 450,000 yuan; The maximum amount of a single loan without a co-borrower is $300,000.
According to the "Circular", if employees who deposit housing provident funds in the railway power sub-center and the branch offices under their jurisdiction purchase self-occupied housing outside the administrative area of Changchun City, the maximum amount of a single loan shall be implemented in accordance with the loan policy standards of the management center where the house was purchased.
For families with many children who have two or more children, the Notice shows that the maximum amount of a single loan can be increased by 30% for those who apply for a housing provident fund loan for the first time.
The Notice also states that the loan amount shall not exceed the maximum amount of a single loan, and shall not exceed 20 times the sum of the housing provident fund account balances of the borrower and spouse when applying for a housing provident fund loan.
For college graduates who meet Changchun's policy of promoting employment and entrepreneurship in Changchun City, who apply for a housing provident fund loan for the first time to purchase a self-occupied house in the main urban area and development zone of Changchun City (excluding Shuangyang District and Jiutai District), if the loan amount does not exceed 500,000 yuan, it can be exempted from the limitation of the balance multiple of the housing provident fund account.
For the first time to apply for a housing provident fund loan, the loan amount shall not exceed 80% of the value of the collateral; If you apply for a housing provident fund loan for the second time, the loan amount shall not exceed 70% of the value of the collateral.
Employees who have deposited housing provident funds in other management centers and purchase self-occupied houses in the administrative area of Changchun City can apply for housing provident fund loans in different places.
When the loan amount of the housing provident fund cannot meet its loan needs, he can apply for a commercial personal housing loan from the entrusted lending bank and apply for a portfolio loan of the housing provident fund commercial bank.
