In March 2022, Mr. Bai and others respectively paid 30,000 yuan of sincerity money to Pujuyuan, accounting for 1% of the shares to participate in the project, and signed a partnership agreement. The company's legal person Chen promised that after the completion of the project, Mr. Bai and others could share the resources of the base, have their own live broadcast room to bring goods for their hometown, and also pay dividends.
