Zhu Fachen, male, born in August 1949, from Haozhuang Village, Xiaozhuang Township, Boping County (now part of Chiping County).

In 1968, Zhu Fachen joined the army and successively served as a soldier, platoon commander, company commander, unit commander, and chief of the regiment logistics department of the Second Artillery Corps (now renamed as the Rocket Force), director of the logistics department, deputy director of the logistics department, and logistics department of the 52nd Base of the Second Artillery Corps.

In the second half of 2000, Zhu Fachen was appointed deputy director of logistics of the Second Artillery Corps.

In July 2002, Zhu Fachen was awarded the rank of major general.

In 2003, Zhu Fachen was appointed as the logistics director of the Second Artillery Corps.

In December 2009, Zhu Fachen retired. He was a deputy to the 10th National People's Congress.

On June 23, 2011, Zhu Fachen passed away unexpectedly.
